How do I book?


We limit all classes to a maximum of 12 participants; this enables Natalie to get to know every member and modify exercises to suit everyone in the room. This also makes booking essential and all classes run on a course basis.


Please contact Natalie directly using one of our contact forms, by emailing directly or via our social media pages to check for availability in your chosen class or to be added to our waiting list.


We take your wellbeing seriously and all participants are required to complete a health questionnaire and consent form online prior to booking to ensure they are safe in class.
